Before forms go live
The legal identity and contact details of the data controller, lawful bases, retention periods and deletion procedure must be approved before production forms are activated. This preview does not represent those missing details as settled facts.
Information the forms are designed to collect
Application forms request a name, email address, organisation, area of interest, preferred city and a short message. Newsletter signup requests an email address and marketing consent. Technical anti-spam information may include a hashed network identifier and submission time.
How the information will be used
Application details will be used to review and respond to vendor, sponsor and volunteer enquiries. Newsletter details will be used only to send festival updates after double opt-in. Information will not be sold.
Service providers
The intended service providers are Hostinger for hosting and email infrastructure, Brevo for newsletter double opt-in, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, the selected authenticated SMTP provider for notifications and Plausible for privacy-conscious analytics if approved.
Your rights and contact route
For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, email admin@fortheloveofdodo.com. The secure application and newsletter endpoints remain unavailable until the remaining controller details, retention procedure and service configuration are approved.
